Become A Volunteer

The 100 Black Men of Greater Charlotte offer numerous opportunities to engage with our middle, high school, and college boys and girls in the Greater College area. We conduct our core programs in a group setting throughout the calendar year. We seek individuals that will act as role models to influence youth, community leaders, business partners, educators, co-sponsors, and others.

Our organization seeks to build a stronger community and develop young minds. The skill set required is an ability to listen, share life experience, lead team exercise, provide direction and reward persistence. The timing commitment is flexible with youth activities occurring both during the week and on weekends that can match your schedule. Get started today to make a difference in the lives of our “100 Kids.”

We are a volunteer-based organization. Meaning that our success, and the success of the youth of our community, depends on you. We welcome both men and women to volunteer their time for specific events such as health and wellness fairs, educational seminars and we have a special need for men to engage with our mentoring initiatives.
