Registration for the 2022 SASA National Advocacy Conference is now open!


Join us June 26 - 28, 2022 for the unique opportunity to advocate for STEM education on the national level as a high school robotics participant. This conference will take place in person in Washington, DC. During the conference, you’ll become equipped with everything you need to have impactful meetings with Members of Congress, Senators, and their staff.Not only will you drive positive change within the robotics community, you will also gain confidence, speaking skills, and a greater understanding of the legislative process.

The Student Association for STEM Advocacy (SASA) is a 501(c)4 non-profit corporation founded in 2020 with the mission to strengthen, coordinate, and grow advocacy efforts by and for students. SASA runs the National Advocacy Conference (NAC) annually every June in Washington, DC and promotes state advocacy efforts within STEM communities. NBA x HBCU Fellowship
 

The NBA is accepting applications for the first-ever HBCU Fellowship Program. The Fellowship aims to provide career development opportunities in the business of basketball for undergraduate and graduate students from Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). Current full-time HBCU undergraduate (rising juniors and seniors) and graduate students can apply through Feb. 20, 2022 to intern with the league office or teams for a ten-week period this summer. Candidates will be interviewed on a rolling basis and offers will be extended in early spring.
